state of emergency 1. A situation of national danger or disaster in which a government suspends normal constitutional procedures in order to retain control.

A madman steps out of a television screen to become President of the United States. State of Emergency, a collective video projection event conceived in response to the current political crisis, is composed of short video clips by 60 artists and filmmakers, brought together in a creative, poetic and resonant manner in an act of community and solidarity.
